Dog-leg right to left. After avoiding a left side bunker, you need to be short of the water on the dogleg right-to-left hole. A mid-iron shot will gain access to a well-guarded green. Greenside bunkers left and right.

Dog-leg left to right. A good drive is needed to avoid well-placed left fairway bunkers. it's's vital to be on the right side of the fairway to negotiate the green, which slopes from back to front. Club up for the elevated green.

The intimidating feature of a long stretch of water tests your nerve. Choosing the “opt-out” version of playing this hole can lead to trouble if you wander too far left.The out-of-bounds to the right and behind the green will punish severely the too-strong third shot.

The premium here is on a solid drive. Then a good straight iron is needed to conquer this par 4 on the summit of which is a three-tiered green guarded by trees and severe bunkers. Consider clubbing up half a club to allow for the elevated green.

You are reduced to one shot to hit this green commanding you to carry all the way over the punishing water with difficulty on the left and the guarding bunkers on the right.

You will be punished on the left on this testing Par 4 to avoid a right-side bunker and the “ring fort”. Overshoot this green at your peril.

You may be temped to cut the corner of this extreme left-to-right dogleg. If you try it the “ring fort” may get you, if not, there is a fairway grass bunker that lies in wait. A long belt of trees to the left requires an accurate iron to score at this hole.

It’s a daunting enough task to complete the “ring fort” corner but to face the sheer expanse of this par 5 hole is indeed a challenge. Strategically placed water gives the faint-hearted an option of playing well to the right of the well trapped green.

This sharp right-to-left dogleg par 4 hole requires a testing tee-shot to meet the challenge of the championship finishing hole. The brave who go to cut the corner have to contend with lurking fairways bunkers. You need to execute a good iron to avoid the punishing traps front left and right to the sloping green.
